I’m guessing that most of you already know about Steve Jobs’ keynote at WWDC this morning, and how iPhone version 4 has just been unveiled.
If you missed the keynote, here are the highlights after the jump:
The new version of the iPhone has black glass and a stainless steel rim, not to mention a second front-facing camera for video conferencing. Okay, you probably knew about those changes from that leak a while ago, but I would rather not get into that.
What you might not know about is the new battery, which is capable of “7 talk hours over 3G, 6 browsing hours over 3G, 10 browsing hours over Wi-Fi, 10 hours with video, 40 hours with music, and 300 hours on standby”. Read the rest of this entry »
Instead of getting your normal desk light, change things up and illuminate your desk with a picture of a desk lamp. Although this looks like nothing more than a strange canvas with nothing more than a desk light, the light is an actual working light. With the bright white canvas, you could even pass it off as modern art.
The materials for this whole project included a printed poster and a bright LED light. These were originally only made as a group of 50 and it sounded as if it’d be limited to that amount. Well the first round is sold out and they’re making a second bunch that are scheduled to be delivered on June 18th. There are very few available and sadly one of these prints will cost you $195.
Coat hangers are really annoying, they always get hooked together and leave marks on your clothes (or so I’m told), hence I prefer to use the floor (that’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it).
Blowup hangers however, are said to keep your garments in “perfect shape” and won’t create a hybrid steel spaghetti mess like their un-inflatable counterparts.
Blow up hangers are available from 95% Danish, I wonder what the other 5% is?
As you become an adult, you no longer have your parents to tell you exactly what you should be wearing in different weather. Thankfully, there’s the internet so that you never have to have your own common sense. Instead of always hopping online just before you leave though, you could have this Online Coat Rack. It’ll let you know how the day is going to be, which will help you choose which coat you need to be using.
Since it doubles as a coat rack you’ll know exactly what you need as you’re wandering out the door. No longer will you be caught in the rain with no umbrella handy. That is unless the internet fails, which we all know absolutely doesn’t happen. If it’s on the internet, it’s just a fact. Sadly this coat rack is still a concept design, so it can’t be purchased just yet.
