Juniper TK6000 Rugged Handheld Computer
Juniper combines ruggedness and upgrade TK6000. Designed with the field worker in mind (such as land surveyors, miners, and even your local electric meter reader), this handheld computer features a strong alphanumeric keyboard, color screen that can be read even outside the room, two RS-232 serial ports, battery 32 hours, and Windows Mobile 6.1 with integrated Bluetooth and WiFi. This also includes an optional GSM / GPRS / EDGE cellular data modem.
As a test of the roughness, which can survive TK6000 after falling several times from 5 feet to the concrete floor, thanks to the magnesium-based stable. It is also waterproof, dustproof, and can operate even in extreme temperatures.
Juniper has not released the price of crude TK6000 handheld computers, although we hear that it will not be affordable by the general public.
